1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Nobilis Tech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 
2. Services Provided
Nobilis Tech offers AI strategy consulting, custom automation systems, smart integration services, data intelligence solutions, e-commerce solutions, secure AI architecture, and ongoing support services. The scope of each service will be defined in the specific agreement or proposal for your project.
 
3. Confidentiality and NDAs
All client information shared with Nobilis Tech is treated as confidential. We use Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your data, business strategies, and intellectual property. Any sensitive information you provide will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
 
4. Payment Terms

  • All services are subject to the pricing and payment terms outlined in your proposal or service agreement.

  • Payments are due as specified in the invoice or contract. Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month.

  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.


5. Intellectual Property

  • For custom AI and automation solutions, you retain ownership of the final solution delivered, including code, data, and configurations, upon full payment.

  • Nobilis Tech retains the right to reuse non-client-specific methodologies, algorithms, or tools developed during the project.

 
6. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the successful delivery of our services.

  • You will ensure your systems and data are in a secure, compliant state before we begin any integration or automation work.

 
7. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Our services are provided “as is” without any guarantees of specific outcomes.

  • We will deliver solutions to the best of our expertise, but we do not guarantee a specific financial or operational outcome unless explicitly stated in your agreement.

 
8. Limitation of Liability

  • Nobilis Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.


9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice.

  • Upon termination, you are responsible for any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

 
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
 
11. Changes to Terms
Nobilis Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
