Payment & Project Commitment Policy

At Nobilis Tech, we deliver high-value, tailored solutions that require strategic planning, expert execution, and dedicated resources. As such, the following policy applies to all client engagements:

1. Project Deposits & Payments​

  • All projects require a non-refundable deposit before any work begins. This secures your project slot and covers initial research, planning, and infrastructure setup.

  • Remaining payments are due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

2. No Refunds on Work Commenced​

Due to the custom nature of our services, once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable. Our team commits time, resources, and intellectual capital to each engagement—these cannot be reclaimed once allocated.

 

3. Cancellations​

  • If a project is cancelled before work has started, only the deposit is retained.

  • If a project is cancelled after work has begun, full payment for work completed to date will be due.

4. Fairness & Dispute Resolution

We are committed to professionalism and client satisfaction. If you believe there is an issue with the delivery of services, we encourage you to raise it directly—we will always work toward a fair resolution within the bounds of this policy.

5. Exceptions​

In rare cases, and at our sole discretion, partial credit or rescheduling may be offered—but this is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
